
Job Description
As an Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to promote our organization's programs and services. You will work to increase awareness and engagement among our target audiences through various outreach activities and partnerships. This role requires a high level of communication, coordination, and creativity to effectively reach and impact the community.
Responsibilities

Explain the product and program distinguishing features to prospective schools/college and their principals through phone calls, emails, and face to face meetings.

Calling/sending proposal emails to schools/colleges to engage and participate in different activities like CareerAssessment Test, Career Counselling Sessions, and Workshops, etc. to generate leads from schools/colleges.

Provide strategic direction and thinking to all School/College outreach-relatedactivities.

Oversee lead generation, management, tele-calling, and conversion management.

Provide direction to the teamand resolve any issues that may arise.

Ensure that the overall target of the teamis met on time.

Create the team's structure and staffreporting mechanisms, as well as oversee their function

Provide training to new employees.

Overlook the maintenance of the Outreach database.

Prepare an outreach report with relevant metrics.

Strategic planning and implementation of outreach in line with the larger goals of the organization.

Participate in educational events,educational fairs, information sessions, and seminars as are presentative of the organization.

Form and nurture new alliances with external consultants and other relevant stakeholders to promote the organization and develop strategic plans for attracting new schools/colleges.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to plan promotional materials and events such as brochures, webinars, campus tours, etc.

Regular Feedbackon leads generated by the sales team.

Manage effective relationships with schools/colleges for future events and engagements.
Required Qualifications
-
Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree froma reputable university in India or abroad.

A minimum of 5+ years of sales/ outreach experience with schools/colleges in India is required.

Proven work experience as a teamleader or supervisor.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong command of them language.

Hands-on experience with MS Office/ Google Workspace.
